Her interdisciplinary practice embraces photographic collage, conceptual art, criticism, fiction, and children's books (see also A. M. Buckley). She is currently an Assistant Professor of Visual Studies at California State University, San Bernardino. When not teaching, writing, or making art, Annie enjoys reading, yoga and meditation, and time spent with friends and family.

This is a fun and unique way to teach children about yoga and the importance of the breath. Annie's colorful and clever artwork takes kids on a journey of yoga positions and there meaning. Through the book she teaches us that we are not separate but rather that everyone and everything is connected.

This is a beautifully written and illustrated book for all ages. Children will love the colors and gorgeous scenery. It is a very peace filled book perfect for any busy day.
