This book does a great job of explaining effective ways to lose weight, particularly for women who have set their wedding dates and want to look their best.
To its credit, it does not cave in to the "fast and easy," make me beautiful right away school. It emphasizes losing weight in the long term and keeping it off, and the health benefits of doing so.
I hope the brides who read it are open to that mentality, because they are the most likely to want quick weightloss without caring about the long-term consequences, because they just want to look as thin as possible on their Big Day.
It covers diet, exercise and the psychology of weightloss, which is most important.
