Format: Paperback
This is an excellent collection of essays on the complexities of the British Empire. Particular highlights are the pieces by Bickford-Smith's insights into Anglicisation in the C19th Cape Colony, and Nicholas' fascinating look at propaganda on the BBC Homes Services in the mid C20th. I recommend it!
