5.0 out of 5 stars Great Interviews! March 5, 2011
This book will provide you with glimpses into the lives of often overlooked Independent and Affiliated Minor League baseball players and the people who help them get onto the field and to the next level. If you want to know what it's like to be in the "Bus Leagues" -- to be trying to live the dream on very little money and a LOT of hope and passion -- this is the book for you!

5.0 out of 5 stars The inside scoop on minor league baseball March 5, 2011
This book goes straight to the source for an inside look at what it's like to live and work in minor league baseball. Not just players (though there are plenty of interviews with next-generation MLB stars), but also as a clubhouse attendant, general manager, sports psychologist, etc. A great addition to any fan's perspective on the game.
