Michel Odent has always been one of my favorite reads. This book has added great insight to my research on Skin-to-Skin after cesarean and bonding, illustrating birth by cesarean from a sensitive perspective.

Michel Odent, and his work, are brilliant. Every couple looking to have a baby should be required to read this book, and discuss it with an out of hospital childbirth educator...whether they are planning an interventive birth or not!
