This study is mentioned by Doctors like Neal Barnard and John McDougall which are supporters of animal free diets. I recommend their books for a more complete knowledge and health benefits.
yes. As well I have more energy and generally feel better, do not constantly crave sugar or continually look for something else to eat. The biggest help to my staying on the plant food plan were the recipes in the China Study Cookbook.
