An excellent compilation, expecially Peabo Bryson's rendition of Born on Christmas Day and Phillip Bailey's classic style of singing. You will enjoy everything.

Wicked!,

I thought this CD was really memorable, especially Philip Bailey's Silent Night and Sheena Easton's The Lord's Prayer. Lord only knows why these two aren't still topping the charts in the US.

Melissa Manchester, Oleta Adams & Jeffrey Osborne Stand Out!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Colors of Christmas (Audio CD)
Buy this CD if only to hear Melissa Manchester's incredible rendition of "Breath of Heaven" and "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" (a different arrangement than on her own Christmas CD)-- and also Oleta Adams' breathtaking "O Come All Ye Faithful." If you can get past Sheena Easton, it's a great CD -- although her duet with Jeffrey Osborne is palatable.

A definite must have in your Christmas CD collection.
The compilation is great. There's no need to skip over any song, just slip it in the changer and let it play. This cd really puts me in the holiday spirit. Get it! |
