I have to remind myself that this is a free book and is still readable, so I can't hate it too much. However, like some of the other free Shakespeare Kindle books, there's still the ??? in place of an apostrophe. It's annoying, and should have been caught somewhere in the editing/transcription process.

So, you can still read the play, even though it's annoying. I wouldn't even think about this for academic reference because it lacks line notes, etc.

If you're a fan of Shakespeare, your best bet might be to spend $1.99 and pick up William Shakespeare Complete Works Ultimate Collection: 213 Plays, Poems and Sonnets including the 16 rare, 'hard-to-get' Apocryphal Plays PLUS: Bonus Material and Easy To Use 'Table of Contents' and get everything from Shakespeare in one fell swoop.

The text needs editing for stray punctuation.

For example, where there should be an apostrophe ('), there are three question marks instead (???).

The print is good sized and the font is well chosen for easy reading. There is not too much text on a page so you'll be paging down a lot. Some don't like this but I don't mind - I'm getting used to this in Kindle books. As a rule, KIndle books are easier to read than complete book .pdf files.

There are minimal text notes - I'd like more but it IS a FREE download.

I tend to use Kindle books as reading material on my netbook when travelling. I'm willing to put up with a few minor glitches for the convenience.

If I were paying for a Kindle book, I'd like to be able to preview it first.

Just watching the plot unfold and thinking about how to stage it is a total blast! Shakespeare allows the twins to stay away from each other until the very end--at which point, I don't know. Can it be done but with actual twins?

Contains some famous Shakespearean insults, 7 or 9 lines you can use to fine effect in other contexts, but some clunky stuff, too.
