I am almost done with the book and it makes you think about a change in lifestyle rather that dieting.
Dr. Beck's previous books focused on preparing for and achieving weight loss using the power of Cognitive Therapy to think thin.
I highly recommend these books to anyone who stuggles with weight or wants to help someone they care about lose weight.
