THE COMPLETE BOOK OF BONE HEALTH by Diane L. Schneider, M.D. is the BEST of ALL of the books I bought (25 or more!).
I definitely would recommend this book to anyone of the age to start bone density testing, but I would urge women and men in their 30s and 40s to get educated.
Dr, Schneider's book, Bone Health, is a major contribution to understanding what we need to maintain healthy bones throughout our lives.
