I've been working in the creative industry for nearly 20 years. I started a corporate position last year and experienced quite a bit of culture shock. Reading "The Corporate Creative" validated many of my concerns and gave me insight on how to move forward in my role. It was a quick read and I've shared it with others on my team.

This is a great read for any in-house designer. Full of short and to the point insight into the in-house design work and how to improve work and workplace relationships. The stories and lessons are practical and simple and lay it out in a way that will make you smack your head and say "DUUUHHHHHH why didn't I think of that!" You won't regret getting this book. All that being said I wish it had a better index, but thats me being a nit picky designer.
