Book Description

If you’ve ever thought you have met your soul mate but were baffled by magical omens, paranormal activity, and high emotional drama, you may first want to do a background check on Cupid’s evil twin.

No, it’s not your imagination. Cupid may very well exist, but he also has a dark side. In The Dark Side of Cupid, Eve Lorgen, M.A., shares her expertise of what may really be happening when lovers are brought together by supernatural sources. These love connections can lead to obsession, and may even cause the lovers to question their own sanity. Supernatural interference may be anywhere from a nudging sense that “this love connection feels like it’s being orchestrated elsewhere” to a hard-hitting realization that the lover is an outright psychopathic, demonically overshadowed, psychic vampire.

Cupid can take the form of extraterrestrials, angel watchers, troll spirits, or reptilians. Through several case histories, identifiable signs and symptoms, and a questionnaire, the author introduces the reader to a new understanding of mystically connected love relationships gone wrong. She challenges readers to enhance their awareness of the possibility of relationship interference and manipulated psychic connections. She offers practical tools for recognizing, dealing with, and healing from these traumatic, fools-gold soul mate connections.

Whether you are a fan of paranormal romance, someone seeking your soul mate, or simply want to know how psychic vampirism occurs in a love affair, then this book is for you.

4.0 out of 5 stars Not es good as her first September 13, 2013
One would expect more previously unknown aspects of the phenomena she has devoted her life to exploring.
And while the overall theme is interesting the book has its length and repetitions which I find boring.
The contend could be shrunk to 1/3 but then the book would only be a booklet :-)

I much prefer her first volume and as this one does not really give any new vectors it can be skipped altogether IMO.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Dark Side of Cupid... October 17, 2012
This is a very well-written book which interestingly explores the good and evil side of love relationships. The author presents several detailed case studies based on her research and interviews with clients who have had difficult, abnormal and or paranormal relationship experiences. I was especially interested in "emotional and psychic vampirism" and if you love a good self-help book, I think you'll like this book too! I give it 5 stars!!

4.0 out of 5 stars the appendix is the best part August 6, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I read the book and I'm a little bit disappointed. The main part of the book don't contains new information. Several stories could be explicated with simple complex relationships. Having read the previous "love bite" I was expecting more because the basic theory of alien as "emotional vampires " is the central part of my researches. On the other side the appendix is the most interesting (but unrelated) part. The lucid interview of a abducted Swedish woman on her experiences open new lights on aliens hierarchies, conflicting goals and so on. I give 4/5 stars for this last part alone.

5.0 out of 5 stars very important material October 4, 2013
By Elena
Format:Kindle Edition
The Dark Side of Cupid by Eve Lorgen is one of the most important books you could ever come across. It literally saved my life when I was on the brink of insanity. Finally all the oddities that I have been plagued by since birth have found an explanation. I believe that the phenomenon of the set up of romantic relationships by malignant alien forces is more frequent than suspected. Not only have I become aware of how I myself was into such a relationship, but now I can also recognize the same phenomenon in other persons. I can only wish that this book reaches them so they don't have to waste many precious years in such relationships. Becoming aware is the first step, but there is no first step without information. Eve has given a huge contribution to the betterment of humanity with her research and material. It is interesting to note that, according to the ancient Mystery schools, including the Toltecs and the Gnostics, who were masters of Alchemy, finding your true soul mate/s is extremely crucial and powerful in the process of personal and planetary awakening, and so the Archons/alien predators/parasitic psychopaths are fixated on doing anything possible to prevent that, or they will be defeated.
This book adds important information to the first one, The Love Bite, as it is more complete. Everyone should read it!

This is a great book. If an from our of the work however it still is in the area of the same provision of comfort to people who have discomfort. It's an area where the discussion of other than human to human interaction there may be human and other interaction involved. It is something to think about from a somewhat different perspective than other perspectives.
