This is a new low... even for Soulja boy.
At least previous CD's although annoying and overplayed, had something unique.
This pile of garbage doesn't even have a hook... it sounds like some high school kids got a 4 track mixer, a keyboard from the 80's, some 40's and recorded it in someones basement.
Lord can we please send you Soulja Boy and get back an original artist we lost?... say Tupac?

This has to be the worst excuse for music. Overall after listening to the previews on this website, I am completely disturbed that anyone would purchase this crap. Pretty boy swag makes me want to lock myself in a room and pull my hair out. The beats are used by everyone in the club and completely unoriginal. If you have any self respect for yourself do not listen to this crap, the cd probably took him 2 weeks to create at most.

Pathetic album full of auotuned garbage. I thought Lil Wayne was trash, but my god! Soulja Boy is on a whole new level. Fake music for 15 year olds.

This is Soulja Boy's most lyrical studio album. However, this only a fraction of the lyricism he's capable of. I mean, sure he's no Lil B or Lupe Fiasco or any other lyrical behemoths out there, but he's pretty decent. As for the album itself; this is Soulja Boy exploring himself and fans will enjoy every moment of his journey.

Because I have not purchased a Soulja Boy album and usually don't listen to his music I thought this album was better than I imagined. I purchased the album specifically because of "Mean Mug" which I really liked but found the other songs were not terrrible. This isn't the kind of album I can put in and listen to straight through, and it doesn't have any thought provoking content. The album does leave me to believe that this artist has room to grow in lyrical ability however.

Soulja Boy Tell'em, ever since his massive worldwide explosion back in late 2007, has always been rife with controversy. Almost everyone keeps saying that he absolutely does not deserve the success that has flooded over him, and they do have a point. His previous two CDs were almost completely worthless in every fashion, save for a song or two on each. However, his third effort is somewhat of a step forward, in that it doesn't sound quite as lazy and derivative, in terms of production, lyrics, and rapping ability. Make no mistake, there are still some really bad cuts on here, but there are an equal number of decent cuts as well.

The best songs on here, in my opinion, are "Blowing Me Kisses," "Hey Cutie (Featuring Trey Songz)," Grammy (Featuring Ester Dean)," "Boom," and "Speakers Goin' Hammer." All of these are fun, catchy, and care-free, and don't feel like they're just being phoned in. This plays to Soulja Boy Tell'em's strengths, as he is at his best when he's not trying to be taken seriously. That being said, there are some really atrocious cuts on here as well, particularly "Pretty Boy Swag," "30 Thousand 100 Million," "Mean Mug (Featuring 50 Cent)," "Steez," and "Xtra." These are actually painful to listen to, and may make you lose IQ points with how stupid, careless, and fake they all are. The rest of the tracks, like "First Day Of School," "Touchdown," "Fly," and "Do It Big" are somewhere in the middle, not extremely horrible, but not extremely good either.

I always knew Soulja Boy Tell'em wouldn't last long. He was always nothing more than a one hit wonder who got lucky, just like all of the other famous one-hit wonders before them.

Soulja Boy the black jesus
This is beyond sickening. SB was understandably lambasted for his first two albums, and the fact that he himself is pretending to be somebody that won't say anything disrespectful about Soulja Boy is already a pretty good indication that the third coming of Soulja Boy is probably something that... Read More

Soulja Boy Best Rapper Alive
No person in their right mind could possibly REALLY think that Soulja Boy could even come close to being the best rapper alive, and I'm wondering if anybody happened to notice that the poster's name is D. Way. What I'm getting at is that this thread was most likely started by SB himself, and if... Read More
