I was not really into the “cleanse diets” before, but things changed when I started reading this book. It really opened up my eyes to just how many toxins I put into my system. Although I don’t smoke and I only drink during parties (which does not happen all that often), I do enjoy fast-food. I now know that this habit is just as bad! Or maybe even worse than cigarettes and alcohol. Now that I have read and understood what cleansing is all about, I am actually pumped up to start detoxing and finally cleanse my body of all the junk inside.

This is a big book, and comprehensively covers pretty much every known method of detoxing not only your body and mind, but every individual organ. Some of the suggestions are very ambitious, but equally many of them are small but powerful adjustments you can make in life to lower your Toxin Tally, the measurement system this book uses to assess your exposure to toxins in every aspect of your life. I definitely learned some new things.

Detox was always a dirty word in my house. I have read many books on detox over the years and without fail they all lead down the same path of pain, deprivation and finally loose you in scientific facts and figures. Now finally a detox plan that is smart, easy to read and covers both the mind and body. Makes such perfect sense it should be on everyone's reading list.

There is a ton of information in this book. Wow. I'm impressed. I use this book to feel better and I did well, because there are more than 100 secrets inside. There also has quotes that I love. I really recommend this book on Detox Cleanse.

I haven't been feeling well for a while so the idea of a detox sounds great. There is a little questionnaire in this book you fill out to see if you need a detox. I was at the moderate level, The. The book immediately goes into all of these tips for different things you can detox from, I found it quite frankly overwhelming, And also maybe if the author started out with the more basic tips it would have helped, But the first tips seemed to have to do with incorporating yoga, watching funny movies to decrease stress, and chanting. By that point I just wasn't that interested in reading on. Sorry, this book just wasn't for me.

This is a big fat book on detoxifying your body. Any health savvy person will find it as the ultimate guide on Detox.

When a book covers things like belly message, reflexology instead of just plain simple tips, the book is ought to stand out from the crowd.

I loved the "Cleanse clever" sections. They are like little stickies for your brain when you read a non-friction book. These tips are alone worth the price of this book. Good work Angie.

Wow - this book is full of information that will put you on your way to a healthier lifestyle!

The book is full of tips on how to eat healthier and recipes that will help you to cleanse your body of toxins leading to less fat on your body, enhanced energy levels, improved mental alertness and so much more. Loved the tips on how to sleep more soundly.

The author has done an excellent job educating the reader on each category and has made the book an easy read because it is very well organized. This is one book that I will for sure keep and reference back to often in my Kindle Library as the information is priceless!
