This tome is an easy read, organised logically into sections that are not only appropriately in topic but are then related in a way that fills the gap for academics who have been peeping through the pickets into the next world and not quite sure whether will step over the stye.

Enjoying it immensely. Glad I have the paperback version for continuity. I would hope that colleagues would read this to start getting a handle on how we have to redirect scholarly work for the benefit of all.
