Good if you have not read her other books

As a general rule, I like Tosca Reno's books with the exception of the heavy use of grains. Based on the description of this book, I really expected more of a hardcore plan to get rid of really stubborn fat. I was a bit disappointed as I felt it was just her other information repackaged and did not feel that there was a lot new. If you are not familiar with her other books or just want some new recipes, I think this is a good book. Otherwise, it is not a lot of new information.
