Is the Elegant Universe by Brian Greene a relevant and current read 11 years on? I'm finishing The Hidden Reality and was considering reading his earlier books.

I think It would be better to get the audio book as it is a great book to listen to, so your brain doesn't have to do as much work while trying to understand the underlying big picture of everything being said having said that I think YOU SHOULD BUY THE BOOK AND AUDIO BOOK, so that you can listen while your looking at the words...

I finished the audio book "Hidden Reality" in 2 days that's 2 12 hour shifts at work.. while it took me 3 weeks to read the Elegant Universe , about 5 years ago...

TEU is a must read (or listen -- I preferred the CDs)
