All the recipies we have tried so far are great.
Printed on EXTREMELY cheap quality paper which had torn pages when received - pity more care wasn't taken in the production of this book.
Easy recipes, easy to understand how it works with the Glycemic Index concept, and good for diabetics and hypoglycemia as well.
