Test anxiety is something just so recurring at college, and none of us could see the end of it! I've searched online and I've bought other books on the subject, but none have been helpful. Gladly, this is the exception! The Exam Nerve Cure is full of great, simple, down-to-earth advice on how to beat test anxiety once for all. I totally recommend it!

My niece, Alexa, has a difficult time dealing with her panic attacks especially during exams. She's actually good in her studies, and I can really see her studying hard days before her exams and/or quizzes. But examination stress got hold on her. And I don't know what's happening with her until I found this great book: 'The Exam Nerve Cure - How To Beat Examination Nerves And Test Anxiety To Give Your Peak Performance (Exam Test nerve nerves anxiety panic attack performance ... school stress relief management examination)'.

The author explained stress, and provided detailed proper study habits and how to maintain it. I guess, what I like best about this book is the proper kind of mindset especially when one has an upcoming test to take. Your brain should work with your body, and you have to prepare both, so that all the bad/ill feelings will have to go away on their own.

I gifted this book to my niece and after sometime of monitoring how she copes up with her school studies and activities, I noticed an increase in her confidence, and she seemed more relaxed. Grades are starting to ascend!

Oh... how grateful I am to have read and shared this book! Thank you for all the help!
