I figured this out by taking the ASIN for this item from Target and looking it up here--they're the same item, and this is a great deal! This is actually the Firm Body Sculpting System 3. It includes the redesigned Firm Box, a booklet with diet suggestions and a rotation calendar, and three DVDs:

--Fat Blasting Cardio with Lisa Kay, a 30 minute fun, intense cardio workout. You'll need a pair of 3 pound dumbbells for this workout.
--Total Muscle Shaping with Stephanie (Corley) Huckabee. This is a 45 minute scultping workout. It's fun, intense, and over before you know it. You'll need pairs of 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbbells as well as a mat for ab work on the incline.
--Complete Body Sculpting with Christa Riley. CBS is another 45 minute sculpting workout that uses the same equipment as TMS.

This is a fun set of videos. Of the three Body Sculpting Systems, I think they are the most fun and have the best music. The incline box is a great tool and adds an interesting dimension to step aerobics--it's also helped me have better form for lunges, something this flat-fannied female definitely needs! My beefs with this set are few and far between, but I did have a few problems with it. The audio mix in CBS with Christa is pretty bad. There are points in the workout where she is very difficult to hear because someone was asleep at the mixing board. This gets better with time--once you've done the workout a few times you'll get better at understanding her. Also, Lisa Kay's cueing in FBC is a little sketchy in places. She is not always consistent about telling the viewer which foot to start on or which direction she's headed in next. In places, she'll cue you through the right side of a combo and then just assume you'll remember everything on the left. Again, this gets to be less of a problem with time, but it is frustrating in the beginning. On the other hand, I have no problems with Stephanie Huckabee's Total Muscle Shaping--good audio mix, and Stephanie is a superb instructor. The other two aren't bad by any means, but Stephanie's experience really shines through in TMS.

The choreography in the three workouts that come with the BSS3 is fun and not overly complex, but it is always advisable to preview a workout before you attempt it. I've enjoyed the BSS3 DVDs a great deal and have picked up some of the add-ons. I've made plans to find the rest, although some of them are still not available on the retail market.

None of the videos included with the BSS3 basic system use the Sculpting Stick, but two of the add-ons do. Additionally, some of these add-on workouts are not sold on Amazon and can be hard to find. Add-on DVDs for the BSS3 include:

--Firm Power Yoga with Kirsten Strohecker (uses only a mat, no weights, box, or stick) (Amazon sells this as "Fit & Firm Series: Power Yoga," which I'm pretty sure is a typo.)
--Hips, Thighs, & Abs with Pam Meriwether (uses the Firm Box, Sculpting Stick, and dumbbells) (this DVD is also sold as "Fast & Firm Series Hips, Thighs, & Abs")
--Express Cardio with Stephanie (Corley) Huckabee (uses 3 & 5 pound dumbbells and the Firm Box) (also sold as "Fast & Firm Series Express Cardio")
--Express Total Body Shaping with Pam Meriwether (uses the Firm Sculpting Stick that was sold as part of the BSS2)
--Advanced Cardio Blast with Lisa Kay (uses the Firm Box)

I have exercised for years, but this is my first home exercise video purchase. I don't get to take classes at the gym due to child care hours at my gym, so I figured on those days I can't make it to the gym, this would be a fun substitute. I enjoy how they break up the program with weights, box, and cardio, so you don't get too tired on one thing. Having three different videos helps break it up too. Although, the routine is quite fast in the beginning, I catch on a little more each time I do it. If you are unfamiliar with Step Aerobic lingo, it may be a little more challenging to you.

I tried the Firm as part of my New Year's resolution, and in four weeks, I have lost over fifteen pounds! This system is excellent, and you can feel results immediately and see them quickly. I add weight every two weeks and am now up to five pound dumbbells...I'm in the best shape of my life. I absolutely recommend this product...it ROCKS!
