5.0 out of 5 stars The perfect pacifier
You need this! We used this with our children. When we had them you couldn't buy these in the stores or anywhere. The hospital would give you one when you left the hospital. Well, as you know that lasted about a week and then you lost it. We bought a bunch through the web site. They now even have a clip for it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not the regular Soothie
Buyers please be aware this is not the regular Soothie pacifier, these are Super Soothies. They are alot harder & tougher for a baby to suck on, they are not flexible like the regular Soothie's. The seller does not specifically say in the title or item description "Super Soothie" which I think needs to be added. I wanted pink Soothie paci's for my daughter so instantly...

I wanted pink Soothie paci's for my daughter so instantly bought these, when they arrived I noticed how different they felt from our green ones. We tried to give her one and she couldn't suck on it at all, it just fell out of her mouth. I gave this a 3 simply because I think they need to fix the title of the product. I still love the Soothie brand and will recommend them to anyone.

*ETA - I did notice they finally put 3+ months in the description, I still think they need to add "Super Soothie" in the title or description so people will be aware.

My daughter loved her green soothies, so I assumed she'd like these too, but no such luck. They are a lot tougher than the green ones. Even when she started teething she preferred the green soothies. Nevertheless they are very good quality, and I would recommend the Soothies brand in general.

4.0 out of 5 stars good pacifier, November 14, 2010
This review is from: Soothies Infant Pacifier - Pink (Baby Product)
My daughter is 8 months old now and she likes her soothie a lot. We used to have a NUK pacifier and I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. I like the soothie since it is made out of one piece and doesn't have any grooves to accumulate dirt. The cons are that it is so bouncy. When it falls onto the floor, it usually bounces all over the place. Not all pacifier clip fit this one. But I found a clip at Babies R US that works for this kind of pacifier.
Also, one thing that you have to be careful about with this pacifier is a Child's ability to stick that whole thing into their mouths. It is normally not a problem but my 8 month old is still using her 0-3m pacifier and it is the right size for her to stick that whole thing into her mouth. Just make sure you get the bigger size when your child gets older.

1.0 out of 5 stars TERRIBLE PACIFIRE!, November 16, 2009
This review is from: Soothies Infant Pacifier - Pink (Baby Product)
This pacifire does not stay in my daughters mouth. She spits it out almost right away when in a fuss which she does not do with her NUK pacifire. If she does take this one it is only for a few minutes until she starts to fall asleep then it falls out of her mouth and she wakes up. It's NOT form fitted at all and from the way she fusses about it, there is nothing "soothie" about it. I'd rate this starless if I could. DO NOT BUY!

5.0 out of 5 stars Soothie pacifiers do a fine "job", November 14, 2007

Our hospital gave us a Soothie when my daughter was born. It has been a good pacifier overall, although she went through a period where she didn't want one much, and I wasn't using any pacifiers during a few weeks in month 2. But we went back to the Soothie and it works. I prefer it because of its more natural shaped-nipple, compared to most paci's which have very odd-shaped nipples.
We recently misplaced our original one and I was happy to find them here in other colors and sizes besides the green newborn one. I ordered 2 pink 3+ month ones along with the adorable pink flower paci holder.

5.0 out of 5 stars notice this is for 6month +, January 6, 2012
This review is from: Soothies Infant Pacifier - Pink (Baby Product)
I noticed people complained these are harder and I think they are intentionally so as a safety precaution for older babies who may be getting teeth. Soothies are also available in a 0-6 month stage for younger babies and these are the softer ones given out at the hospital for newborns. I was confused at first also, but now am restocking with these harder ones for my daughter who is getting her first teeth. I also noticed the package (at least on the soft ones) says to replace every 6 weeks. Hope my experience helps someone else!

5.0 out of 5 stars Soothie pacifier, March 27, 2009
This review is from: Soothies Infant Pacifier - Pink (Baby Product)
These pacifiers were given to us in the hospital when my daughter was born - I didn't "get" the concept and tried to give her the Nuk pacifier when we got home...needless to say, she didn't take to the Nuk and I bought more of the Soothies. The hole in the middle is great to help the baby begin to suckle - this pacifier has been a Godsend - especially with a colicky, refluxing and mainly uncomfortable(not always so happy) child!

2.0 out of 5 stars Didn't work for us, October 27, 2008

This review is from: Soothies Infant Pacifier - Pink (Baby Product)
I ordered a pink set as a gift and a blue set for my son. My son just didn't like this pacifier. The nipple was too hard and he instantly spit it out. He would not take it and it definitely didn't sooth him. I do not know if the baby I gave it to as a gift liked it or not.
