5.0 out of 5 stars Another great Scott Nicholson book! July 28, 2010
By JLBryan
Format:Kindle Edition
Scott Nicholson strikes again! This one is really fun because of the wide variety of stories included here. Normally, I can't put down a Nicholson novel until I'm done, which is why I like getting a collection of his short stories (I don't stay up all night and show up sleepy at work). Plus, we get to see some of the more twisted corners of his imagination here. I strongly recommend this and other books by this writer for any horror fan.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! September 19, 2010
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I generally don't give short stories five stars. They always leave me wanting. But most of the stories in this collection are brilliant. And many are very disturbing. Scott Nicholson has quite an imagination! A great read.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ridiculously bad
If I could give it zero stars I would. I only made it a couple pages into the second story. Totally idiotic and predictable, could have been written by an 8-year-old.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not for me
Again, after reading Flowers, this book was just not my style for reading. It just wasn't worth the time, so I didn't even finish it.

I love reading. I can read almost anything. This bored me. I wouldn't recommend it. And I usually enjoy this author. But this is a miss.
