These people hit that sweet spot of providing creative, interesting food that's really good AND doable at home.
So many chefs/sites/magazines are either too exotic or too complicated or so basic and boring. Who needs another meatloaf or chicken salad or shrimp with pasta recipe?
The dishes offered her are fabulous in taste, different from the same-ole same-ole, and yet something a home cook can do without taking a whole day to track down ingredients or prep. They match my tastes perfectly. I want to eat everything here!
