About the Author

Colleen is an award-winning editor, dramaturge, and playwright. She started working in the theatre at age 18. She was inspired to pick up a pen and write a few plays. Her first play, Back Alley Boys, was about the hardcore punk scene in Toronto. Since then, she has had 6 other plays produced, multiple short fiction pieces published or produced on radio and has worked as a dramaturge, substantive editor and story midwife to many writers. She lives in Toronto with 3 cats and a drawer full of lint brushes.
