In Amazon downloads as linked by Pandora, you'll see two buttons for the track. One says "The Fox (What Does The Fox Say?) (Acapella)" which means voice part only with no music. Then there's another link that only says "The Fox" and when you click THAT one it will still cause you to buy the wrong track. There was no link to the version I was currently listening to on Pandora.

Be advised both links go to the acapella version, which has the same album art and in portrait mode is indistinguishable from the version you want to buy if your child likes this silly song.

Also, you should know I get the sense this song is partly about a drug called 5-MeO-DiPT (street name Foxy Methoxy). Of course there's no way to verify that.

At any rate, I want to buy the single version, not the acapella version.

The exploration of the sounds made by a Fox is much more haunting without the musical accompaniment. If you thought the regular version was odd, this may not be for you, but it's at least worth a listen through the first chorus for the laugh.
