This release of The Fugitive is not the original, this version has original music replaced with Mark Heyes' cheap digital keyboard music which ruins the show. CBS is too greedy to licence the real music but they still want to sell it so they do not disclose what they have done to this once great show. Oh wait, I am wrong, they do disclose it in ultra fine print on the bottom of the back of the package, so small you need a magnifying glass to read it.

There never has been and probably will never be a television series as great as The Fugitive. The actors, the writing, directing and production are still as good or much better than the trash on TV today. It is a shame that a few whining persons insist on putting down the DVD release of this wonderful show. Yes, it would be nice if the music was perfect but it is not, but I do not find it that disturbing and most of the time, I do not notice it at all, which is what background music is supposed to do. Please keep releasing this series for the true fans who appreciate great drama and memories of what television used to be. Thanks.
