Would love to know the origin of the phrase "lazy susan," but otherwise this is a truly lovely piece of woodworking. Just the right size for the table and in a shade of brown that is compatible with most decor, this item will be a great help to any household that wants/needs to make either sit-down-at-the-table dining or buffet style serving convenient.
