After viewing this as a family, one of our teenager's friends said "Why not NOT get cancer?"

Why not, indeed??

It has always been difficult for me to believe that our fellow man could be so corrupt that they would suppress information of this kind, but with every passing year I see more that confirms that this is so. I want to be clear that I do not believe for an instant that individual physicians are part of some huge conspiracy, that they take MDs to a secret basement room to indoctrinate them to this.... no, indeed as an individual who has worked in the healthcare field for 20 years I can tell you that there are far too many physicians who get cancer and die within the normal 5 year timeframe undergoing our traditional treatment for this illness. If they knew about this cure, if they could believe that everything they had learned was incorrect, they would do this. If they knew, they would not choose to DIE to protect some huge conspiracy theory. I know because I have seen it that most Americans do not want to hear any of relatively limited dietary advice physicians give them. Seriously, they will usually get this really stubborn look on their faces and say "Can't you just give me a pill?" The medical community as a whole is doing it's best right now, this is one area where we need to teach them. Most MDs have no training in dietary cures, nutrition, and what they are taught flies in the face of what Gerson therapy involves.

While I do believe that there are many people in power who DO know and who actively, knowingly suppress this information, I think that the bottom line is that we have to let go of any finger pointing and just take our health into our own hands. Our bodies are our own responsibility - we and our families will be the ones to pay the price if we neglect to take care of our one and only body. So let's do it! Supply and demand are what will drive our country in the proper direction and permit us all to enjoy more organic, less processed foods. A back yard garden in which we compost the majority of our family's waste products with the help of our friends, the worms, will make each of us healthier and more in tune with our foods while protecting our environment. Each of us can buy a juicer and give our bodies delicious, nutritious and energy producing foods BEFORE we get cancer or a chronic disease.

And those of us who have cancer or any other illness can cure it if we are willing to change the way we live and care for our bodies.

I have been on a mostly raw diet with a focus on green smoothies for the past year and the health benefits I have gained are incredible. I am off Metformin, antidepressants, no longer have Polycystic Ovaries, my PMS is gone, I have lost a great deal of weight, I glow and look over 10 years younger than I am, and I just have so much energy. Now that I am aware of the Gerson therapy, I intend to incorporate their advice, including doing juice fasts and cleansing periodically to help my body be as healthy as it can be.

As our young friend said... why not NOT get cancer?

I watched this DVD on Netflix. It gives background and points you in the direction to better health. You do need to order the book The Gerson Therapy to get the diet and more information to implement the changes in your life.

This should be watched by all cancer patients and anyone willing to pull their head out of the sand and see life other than what they see on Television news or Oprah. You should ask yourself. Why can't this be put on say the Discovery Channel or The History Channel . It has to be better than the other junk they air.

This is an incredible gift to all who seek a vital life experience. It agrees with and fills out all that I have learned in my research of nutrition and the Western epidemics of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. It makes the connection to our spiritual as well as physical beings. It puts forth the importance of being good stewards of this incredible planet Earth. I have personally seen miraculous turn arounds in the health of those who have adopted a "food as grown" vegan diet. YAY! Thank you!

Wow! What an amazing experience watching this DVD was, a great mixture of science, human interest, history and hope. My father died at 42 from cancer. Not really a mystery to me now: heavy smoker, poor diet, high stress from a generic corporate gig, non stop travel to make the boss richer, & a steady intake of rolaids, alka seltzer and tums. i.e. self inflicted toxicity.

Had he known about Gerson he would be alive today more than likely, after they diagnosed him with a tumor of the esophagus, they just ran him through the Mc Health 'care' System: cut him open like a pumpkin, chemo, lay around, more chemo, lay around & then death.

I am telling everyone I can about the Gerson institute and if I ever get Cancer I will be on the next flight out to the institute.

Let's get this message of hope and real healing out to the world,

Sorry, I have not read this book yet. I just wanted to let others know that my father-in-law used the Gerson Diet when he was diagnosed with his 2nd round of prostate cancer and was cured or his blood work showed cleared after the diet. Just thought I would add this to the mix. About 10 years after the diet he eventually died from pneumonia not cancer.

As soon as I began watching thi video, I knew I was going to try the therapy. I don't have cancer, but I have Hepatitis C and am chronically fatigued. I already started purchasing what the book suggested. Oh yeah, buy the book "The Gerson Therapy. You will need to buy eqipment, supplements, and alot of vegetables. It's only been four days and I feel much better. I'm buying the supplements and the juicer tomorrow. I haen't even started the juicing and the supplements yet. I've only began the enama treatment (which I had to get used to). This introduces a large amount of glutathione into your body. I looked it up and it said that glutithione should be given intravenously for better absorption. The other way is rectally. Wow, I feel great already. Gotta go. Thanks Dr. Max Gerson.

This film provides excellent information as do the other films on the same subject. (The Beautiful Truth and Dying to Know) The info. in this film rates 5 stars but the camera work is so amateurish it's very difficult to watch and very distracting. I recommend closing your eyes during the worst filming which is most of the film. Perhaps doing some menial job like washing dishes or preparing veggies for juicing while listening instead of trying to watch and listen. It's a shame a professional camera operator wasn't used, at least to help skeptics find some credibility in the info. presented. I do recommend all to at least listen to the film.

This is an amazing film about a health pioneer I had heard of. I learned much about Max Gerson and the continuing work of his daughter Charlotte. The statistics on cancer are horrifying--1 in 2 people today get cancer. Don't be one of them. You truly are what you eat.

There are certain eternal laws of health and most of modern medicine has missed the focus of this film - that preventing and healing from cancer and chronic diseases does not take place from putting into our bodies more poisons and chemicals, or by cutting, radiating, or poisoning chemotherapy, but from taking into our body the right food and keeping out of it the toxins!

If you are in a cancerous situation or have some chronic disease state you will want the latest Gerson book Healing the Gerson Way: Defeating Cancer and Other Chronic Diseases in order to move forward with the Gerson Therapy. This book contains all the information, evidence, and instructions to begin the path back to healing.
