This book is as tough as the facts demand - Ford has no business being a mayor, especially one of a large city such as Toronto, and he has failed miserably by just about every standard imaginable.

And yet, where it needs to be, the book is remarkably charitable. Much more so than I would have been.

This book is essential for all Torontonians to read now. It goes a long way in explaining how we got in the mess we're in. I just wish it was more available - not just an eBook. If the publisher thinks printing it is too risky, that they won't get a return on the investment, I think they are seriously mistaken. Print it!

While somewhat heartbreaking to re-live Ford's early Toronto destruction, it was also motivating to see the incidents and events of the past two years laid out in one giant bizarre pile. Helped clarify the big questions: "How did this happen? How did we let this happen?"

Thorough, funny and insightful review of Rob Ford's mayoral term. Well-researched and informative enough to be interesting to an avid follower of Toronto politics, but broad enough to be enjoyable for non-Torontonians as well.
