About the Author

David R. Brockman completed his Ph.D. in systematic theology at the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. An Episcopalian, he currently teaches at Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth. He has written several scholarly articles on Buddhism and interreligious dialogue.

Ruben L. F. Habito, a Filipino, is Professor of World Religions and Spirituality at the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. He is the author of several books, including three from Orbis, Total Liberation: Zen Spirituality and the Spiritual Dimension (1989-OP), Healing Breath (1993-OP), and Experiencing Buddhism: Ways of Wisdom and Compassion (2005).

Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I bought this book as a requirement for class. It is a decent read, but it is not my favorite. I have serious theological disagreements with many of the points this book presented.
