I find this book to be a must-have for anyone interested in the laughter movement, laughing for health, leading laughter clubs, etc. It not only introduces the fundamentals of laughter exercises, breathing techniques, stretching, and relaxation, but demonstrates them as well, and explains the benefits and importance of each component. The book's sharing of hundreds of laughter exercises also helps open one's imagination to create even more laughter exercises for fun, health, and friendship. I also appreciate the author's selfless motives for writing such a book: to help others spread laughter, and all its benefits, around the world. There is also a fully explained Laughter Exercise Session at the end of the book for easy reference which anyone can use. It is a remarkably fun and informative read which profoundly inspired and re-energized my focus in contributing to the spreading of laughter for health and joyfulness to as many people as possible. A hearty thanks to the author, Mr. Jeffrey Briar!

If you're looking for only a listing of exercises with pictures, this is the book. Very little info on laughter yoga itself. I would have liked some information on the benefits of particular exercises, along with background of the various chants , and warm ups.

This is a wonderful resource for teaching Laughter Yoga next week to Church Secretaries. Book also has several links to add more 'laughter in yr life. Groups to join, and a way to look at all that life presents.

I appreciate the idea behind this laughing yoga, and am grateful for the "inventors" of it; but I was really hoping for laughter ideas, but they're recycled and contrived. I know this is not a book on how to become a comedien, but if the ideas in it are supposed to induce laughter, I'd have wished they'd have tried a little harder. In 10 minutes, friends and i came up with 5 times the ideas in this expensive book. Some of them are good, but VERY few. Of the 500 supposed techniques, 2 come to mind, the rest are flat and fuzzy at best.

Wow! What a great read! I found this book fascinating on many levels. Where has this book been my whole life?

Laughter Therapy is a new concept for me and I’m fascinated to learn about the extraordinary health benefits that accompany laughter lol. My life mantra has always been, “when all else fails, laugh” and I found myself laughing straight out just reading the chapter on “Creating New Laughter Exercises!”

This book is clear and concise and offers explicit instruction to those wanting to venture into Laughter Therapy. A fast and easy read with lots of delightful illustrations. Nothing clinical or stuffy; an invaluable tool if you have people in your life that you love who suffer from depression, stress or anxiety.

I was inspired by this book. This one book gives me more than enough knowledge to begin incorporating these exercises into my life.

Throw out your Prozac prescriptions and purchase this book today. Definitely put on your Must-Have list!
