When I first heard this on the radio, I thought that it was some obscure Talking Heads song that I wasn't familiar with. I enjoyed the beat, the lyrics, and I look forward to discovering more of Bell X1's music. It's great when you discover a new group!

Is that you David Byrne?,

I guess I wasn't the only one that thought it was David Byrne on vocals. The whole song sounds like an early Talking Heads song, even the background vocals elicit visions of a Talking Heads piece.

Agree; my wife was sure it was Talking Heads: the voice, the music, the instruments. Lots of fun unless you're one of those TH/DB haters.

Love this song...likely buying the rest of the album...it has turned into an ear worm for me!

Don't buy just this track,

I don't think this song is bad; I simply think it pales in comparison to some of the other amazing tracks on this album. If you're one of those people who only wants to buy one song from an album (please don't because you'd be missing out on so much!) then I would have to recommend "Light Catches Your Face".

I downloaded the one song and was left wishing I'd downloaded the whole album. This is a new favorite for me.

Yes, there's an immense David Byrne/Talking Heads vibe on this song. If you liked that, you'd like this song. I'm more of a casual fan of Byrne/Talking Heads and I really liked this song. It's free and totally worth downloading and keeping. The tune is jaunty, and the lyrics are clever. The album itself is not bad, although there is maybe only one other song, One-Stringed Harp, that has a similar sound. Perhaps the band uses multiple vocalists, but I did like One-Stringed Harp enough to buy it.
