Shaun Drew creates ambient soundscapes. They are transparent and clear from the very first chords. Moreover, there is a purity in his "The Great Dissolve" sounding. But the composer doesn't stop there, he continues to move and his music runs deeply to the innermost depths of listener's soul. "The Great Dissolve" is an excellent album for attentive listening. Each listener will find something of one's own in this ever-changing and at the same time very clear music.
