Yes - the pictures are creepy but don't take them too seriously. The book is full of dark humor .A wonderful collaboration- only wish it was available in hardcover!

Good, short fiction from J. Robert Lennon,

Another book of very short stories from J. Robert Lennon (though not as short as his Pieces for the Left Hand). Lennon is a clever writer, though I personally prefer his writing over the longer canvas of a novel (such as The Funnies or Mailman). The stories here work more often than they don't, but I have to say I found Beach's pictures a little creepy.

Very fun to read, light and humorous. The pictures are great and create a fun setting for the stories. Each story is unique and I enjoyed every one of them! This is a great book to send a friend with a sense of humor.
