This should be required reading for everyone! I recommend it as a great teacher resource. Pick a few facts out of there to impress folks to think before using.

While we're all familiar with the term carbon footprint, it's helpful to know the impact we make on our finite water supply. This is serious stuff but we've used the book at gatherings as a sort of game to learn how much we've stressed Mother Earth with our avocado or iced tea or roast chicken. A good resource for helping young people think about their behaviors.
