This Gripp Ball works great. When you FIRST get it, you'll feel very weak. After doing it for about 10 minutes, you'll start to get a strength immediately. So far, it's a great product. If your a bassist or guitarist, be sure to try this out. It's only 5 bucks, but it's really great.
