The recipes are super healthy, easy, fast and delicious!
The largest section in this book says "prep to plate in 15 minutes," you're good at cooking, this is probably an accurate time frame.
I am reviewing this book after purchasing a second copy for friends who immediately saw the value of our gift for them.

very good. wish I had more of the ingredents. I make almost everything from scratch so the use of anything boxed is not on my shelf.
But I do like this book.
