I have made several recipes from The Home Baker with happy success. Most of the recipes I've tried produced delicious results enjoyed by my husband and others. The focaccia bread, wheat bread ("harvest loaf"), apple and cinnamon muffins, white buns, hazelnut "bites" (cookies), and raspberry dessert cake are our favorites. Not so good: I found the English muffins to be a pain to make. Every recipe is accompanied by a beautiful photograph of the dish.
