Bridget nailed it with this book. I absolutely agree with her attitude of losing weight and staying healthy. Dieting is not the solution for a healthy lifestyle. A healthy attitude and a new way of eating for life is the key. Well done! I recommended this book to several of my friends and my mom!

This book is great to keep you motivated. In a light hearted way it helps you see why you have been failing to keeping to your goal of losing weight. Some of the suggestions I have already been using and it works for me. one key for me is breaking the exercise into smaller pieces. For my self I insure I get a hour of walking each work day 20 minutes before work, 20 minute walk before eating lunch and 20 minutes as I leave the office. The 20 minute before and after work is just getting off public transportation earlier. The recap in the last few pages would make a great poster.In fact I am going to make one and hang it on my bedroom door.

The author really got me to thinking about why I'm so inconsistent with exercising and how the root of the problem is my mindset. She did this in a way that was entertaining, motivational and to the point.

If you change your thought processes and your actions you will be able to achieve weight loss. This book seemed repetitive towards the end but was still a quick and relatively interesting read.
