Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
It's not a fast read - lots of charts - but the information contained in it is so important that it is absolutely a must read especially for people trying to lose weight, and wondering why it is so hard. Very enlightening as to the effects the processing of our food has on our health. I highly recommend it.
