This is the crown jewel of Kirtan CD's. Lokah managed to balance traditional Sanskrit lyrics with music that is sure to make you want to get up and dance.

The highlight of my weekly yoga class is when they play Vasi, the vocals on that track are second to none. Also be sure to check out Ma Durga, Sting's presence on that song is icing on the cake.

Each song on the album is unique in its own way, and this is definitely one of those few CD's you can listen to from start to finish, and then play it all over again!

This album is simply amazing! The highlight of my weekly yoga class is when they play The Ivy Ceiling. The first time I heard it in class I was like, "What was that? That was not like any 'yoga' music I have ever heard before". It was totally rockin'!!! Sting's smooth and sexy vocals on Ma Durga are icing on the cake! each song on the album is unique in its own way. This is definitely one of those few CDs that you can listen to from start to finish and then play it all over again! No collection is complete without The Ivy Ceiling!
