I try to save money in the summer when I am not working and I still want to eat well, and not bust the bank. I also want to serve lots of exotic dishes to my family and friends and I use this book to create many tasty meals that cost just pennies.

For those of you who are vegan or Raw and like to experiment, this is a good book to give you ideas on creating new tastes with some very inexpensive spices.

For a book this cheap, there are so many ideas that you can draw form it it will save you a bundle! For those who just want to save money and eat well, you could live on this book and do VERY well!

I picked up a taste for Indian food in Toronto, Canada (of all places!)where they have many fantastic Indian restaurants.

But they did not sell any cookbooks, or have much to offer when asked - except one person recommend this book which I found here on Amazon.

Great tastes, great food, wonderful smells and very inexpensive to make.

If you are on a budget and still want to have exotic foods this book will make it possible! Well worth the small price - cheaper then flying to Toronto or Goya!

As a raw vegan I don't eat cooked food or meat, however with a large family and much entertaining that I must do, I enjoy trying different culture's food - esp if its interesting, tasty, and healthy.

In this case, its also very inexpensive to make! These Indian meals are very good, (I taste the sauce as I cook), and everyone lives the recipes. If you love good, Indian food, and like to save money, this is a GREAT investment! Enjoy!

I plan to keep this on my tablet, it's fun to read, but it would take more time to convert the recipes then it would to google the equivalent in a modern version.
