As a former role-playing junkie, I am proud to say that this book is a perfect substitute for anyone who no longer has the time to play but still has the itch. Cimarusti creates a world you can totally buy into. 'Last Archer' made me wish I was 13 again, rolling dice and tallying experience points in my buddy's basement. Hope this guy has more in the tank, cause I'd read anything he writes!

The Last Archer Of Laummoren is a well written piece. A carefully crafted plot with plenty of action make this worth reading and recommending. A great example of the classic characters with plenty of new twists. Excited that the author left open the possibility of a sequel.

The Last Archer of Laummoren is an exciting book by a great new author. The intricate storyline had plenty of twists and turns - I couldn't wait to read the next chapter and didn't want to put the book down.

This book has everything...action, adventure, and even romance. The Archer Gideon is a great main character - mysterious, exciting, and skilled. His adventures kept me turning the pages wanting more. Lady Serena skillfully pries into Gideon's past, all the while building her interests for the future (do I smell a sequel?). The parts of the book that describe battles and chases kept me up into all hours of the night. The time period of the book is purposefully vague and lets your imagination take you to different places, as I believe was the author's intention.

This is a great first book by an exciting new author. Give it a read and let's hope there are more to come!

Truly an entertaining read beginning to end with a love story that won't make you want to puke. Meaning it actually enhances the storyline and not drag it down. Tremendous back story to how he became the last archer. A VERY easy read with tremendous detail by the author but not overbearing. Scenes...moods...and anticipation are truly felt throughout the entire book. Really enjoyable!

The Last Archer is a identifiable character, dark side and flaws included. The story is set in an undetermined time and place which allows the author to flesh out these characters and stories without the reader's preconceived notions, which he does quite well. I enjoyed my time reading this book, and would suggest it to just about anyone.

From page one, I was immediately immersed into a smorgasbord of delightful treats for all five of my starving senses. The main character starts mysterious, but is revealed in delightful little morsels. Through flashbacks brought on through the intuitive and charming Lady Serena, the story of The Last Archer of Laummoren unfolds taking you on an enchanting journey.

I flew through this story in two days, enjoying every chapter, every word and ended feeling as though The Last Archer of Laummoren was an old friend. I am looking forward to a sequel and if I might hope to high, a trilogy.
