Book Description

There are essential truths in life, truths that help us exist in love, peace, and harmony with our surroundings and with others. These truths are the foundation for a joyful life! They are critical to happiness and wholeness because they open our hearts, minds, and spirits to the true nature of our being: Love. Once we embrace the true nature of our being we're on the path to True and Lasting Fulfillment and Success!

The Pi of Life shares these essential truths with you in an easy to read and enjoyable format.

There are many paths to discover these truths. Some paths are beautiful and flow into enlightenment with grace and ease. Other paths are fraught with heartbreak and darkness and eventually lead the person to a breaking point, a point that ignites personal transformation, when they scream Enough! And they mean it. When someone reaches their personal breaking point they can transform or they can give up.

When author Roland Byrd reached his own breaking point, he decided to transform - to begin the lifelong journey of becoming the best version of himself and of helping others.

During the first few years of his deep personal and spiritual transformation, Roland wrote many letters and emails to his wife, children, and his mentor. Later, while meditating, he realized the universal truths contained in these letters could help motivate, inspire, and show others learn how to live happier, healthier lives.

Inspired by that realization, in 2011, Roland dove back into the letters, extracted the best parts, and then shared the collection as The Pi of Life: Essential Truths for Creating Happiness, Wholeness, & Success in Life.

The Pi of Life is an Entertaining and Thought Provoking Journey Forged in the Fires of Rebirth. It is wonderful for those on the path of personal transformation and enlightenment. It also makes a great gift.

What people are saying about The Pi of Life:

We all need to have daily reminders of our potential and life's possibilities for the amazing. This book is just that. Athena Harris

The Pi of Life is full of Essential Truths that Gently Guide you to Happiness, Healing, Wholeness, and Success! Page after page of thoughts, insights, and stories await to motivate and inspire you—most of them are a page or less. So when you've got a few minutes to spare you can pick it up, read a page or two, and go on with your day feeling uplifted and inspired!

The Pi of Life also Brims with Thoughts, Stories, and Insights, on topics from Spirituality and Healing, to Wholeness and Success. The Pi of Life Opens Your Mind, Body, and Spirit to Your Unlimited Potential. It Heals the Heart, Soothes the Soul, and Explores the Infinite Nature of Life.

Come; Explore the Beauty of Your Creation!

A Personal Note from the Author:

When I first stepped on the path of personal growth, I never imagined I'd write books about the subject, let alone any book that would be considered self-help. But as I Rose like a Phoenix From the Ashes of my Life, my Mind, Body, and Spirit Transformed. I understood then that I must share my inspiration and knowledge to help others.

Keeping the lessons I learned about personal transformation and spirituality to myself was simply unthinkable!

With The Pi of Life I wanted to create an inspirational and motivational book that's fun and easy to read, a book that lifts your heart and spirits as you read it!
Did I succeed?
That's for you to decide.
Please enjoy the journey!
You Are The Master of Your Destiny!
P.S. As to the main title, The Pi of Life: I believe every human has limitless potential. Since Pi is an irrational number—and is therefore limitless—I though

5.0 out of 5 stars Great! November 21, 2012
By Bobby
Format:Kindle Edition
I was given it from my best friend. by the way, she has never recommend me bad books (the last one was "a crossing or the drop's history" by Anatoliy Obraztsov and I'm still impressed by this book). Continuing about "The Pi of Life: Essential Truths for Creating Happiness, Wholeness, & Success in Life", flipping through the pages, though the nice graphics and typefaces caught my attention, the text itself didn't make much sense. I picked up the book anyways because I really am a cynic looking for spiritual happiness. When I finally got around to reading it, I discovered why flipping through the book didn't make much sense. This is not a coffee table book. It must be read from beginning to end, otherwise it won't make much sense. It's a quick read and I'm a slow reader. It's very catchy, witty, to the point, and perfect for cynics alike. I bought the book for a couple of friends and they really liked it as well. I'm not exactly happier, but it did give me a better perspective on life as a whole. If you're skeptical, pick it up anyways.

5.0 out of 5 stars Two times the fun February 8, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
It actually took me a little while to get into the book but then I loved it. I bought the book a month ago and I'm rereading it now. Having it on the kindle was a big help as there were a couple of words that I looked up through the power of the kindle. If I lost the book now I'd buy it again.

I've been on a self-development journey for most of my adult life. While I've come across many of the topics the author addresses in this work, he presents it in a fresh and interesting way. It lends itself to reading snippets when you need a boost.
I enjoyed this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Positive! June 17, 2013

I got this gift for my daughter who is a math major. I felt that the "pi" was a good play on her interest in math. However the book is more about happiness and positive thinking.

Purchased by mistake but has nice motivational topics that are a paragraph or two per page, good for reading to pass short time, waiting for the elevator or in line.

More About the Author

Roland is a Father, Husband, Network Engineer, Martial Artist, Skateboarder, Fitness Nut, and Student of Life. He fell in love with reading at an early age and devoured all the science fiction and fantasy books he could get his hands on. His love for reading led to a passion for writing.

A self-proclaimed Science-Fiction and Fantasy Junkie, Roland never imagined his first 2 books would help Inspire, Motivate, Heal, or Explore Spirituality. It was a path he happily walked though.

In 2012 Roland decided to revisit his passion for science fiction and fantasy writing. He now writes science fiction and fantasy stories and novels as well as self-help and transformational books.

For his personal development books, Roland draws on his own life experiences and personal transformation to help other's discover how they too can live their passion and become their best selves.

Like many people Roland came from a troubled past. After hitting the "absolute bottom of his life", he discovered how to break free of the patterns and programming he was living. This personal evolution ignited his desire to help others learn to change their lives by transforming themselves from the inside.

Roland seeks first to entertain with his science fiction and fantasy writing. He also weaves subtle messages about personal transformation and enlightenment into his fiction works.

"Your world is only as big as you allow it to be." - Roland Byrd
