I was given it from my best friend. by the way, she has never recommend me bad books (the last one was "a crossing or the drop's history" by Anatoliy Obraztsov and I'm still impressed by this book). Continuing about "The Pi of Life: Essential Truths for Creating Happiness, Wholeness, & Success in Life", flipping through the pages, though the nice graphics and typefaces caught my attention, the text itself didn't make much sense. I picked up the book anyways because I really am a cynic looking for spiritual happiness. When I finally got around to reading it, I discovered why flipping through the book didn't make much sense. This is not a coffee table book. It must be read from beginning to end, otherwise it won't make much sense. It's a quick read and I'm a slow reader. It's very catchy, witty, to the point, and perfect for cynics alike. I bought the book for a couple of friends and they really liked it as well. I'm not exactly happier, but it did give me a better perspective on life as a whole. If you're skeptical, pick it up anyways.

So inspirational. Made me think of a better way to live. It was peaceful, joyful and tender. There isn't enough of that.

I thought the book was very spiritual for me. I was totally mesmerized and hated to see the book end.

It actually took me a little while to get into the book but then I loved it. I bought the book a month ago and I'm rereading it now. Having it on the kindle was a big help as there were a couple of words that I looked up through the power of the kindle. If I lost the book now I'd buy it again.

I've been on a self-development journey for most of my adult life. While I've come across many of the topics the author addresses in this work, he presents it in a fresh and interesting way. It lends itself to reading snippets when you need a boost.
I enjoyed this book.

I got this gift for my daughter who is a math major. I felt that the "pi" was a good play on her interest in math. However the book is more about happiness and positive thinking.

The Pi of Life is sheer inspiration. It is concise and is filled with spiritual nourishment. This book is a must have for those who seek their personal best on the daily and strive to be the joyful beings God created us to be. The sayings are great for daily reminders and Byrd's essays speak to the heart. In a world were darkness seems to be predominant, this book is a light. I love this book and I recommend that everyone who hopes to live their lives to the fullest use this as one of their tools to keep smiling. Great read.

This easy to read book is not only inspiring but offers insight to everyday life.
Roland's down to earth approach fills my cup and brings a smile to my face. He obviously speaks from experience and his wisdom is remarkable.
I highly recommend The Pi of Life to anyone who needs an emotional boost or could use a tidbit of wisdom on a regular basis.
This book is very well written. Roland does not talk down to his readers. He speaks simply, yet profoundly, and from his heart.
