"Are you interested in music, by any chance?",

Slow motion feedback and distortion, Spanish folk music, classical, and some alt rock all combine to be an album that is more a collection of meditations that just a soundtrack. Those scenes of rural Spain from the window of the train will be rising up in your mind when you hear the Boris tracks. No one combines image and sound together the way Jarmusch does--another great work from one of American's only cinematic artists.

Fit the film perfectly,

Jarmunsch is one of the few directors who understands about the marriage between the music and images that make up a film. When either is neglected it shows and feels lopsided to the critical eye and ear; this slow film was complimented by slow music and it couldn't have worked out more perfectly. If you're wondering what kind of music to expect if you haven't seen the film, it's post rock/drone rock. The music has slight variances that are drawn out over a long timeframe--pretty much like the film.
