I've read a couple of AJ's books, The Monster who ate my Socks, and Monster ABC. This book was very touching. As parents and children we can all relate to not being fully satisfied with children or feeling rejected by parents. This book covers both situations. This book is designed for young children, but the lesson is for everyone. I was caught off guard how the touching the books ending was. I would definitely recommend this book.

Touching children's book together with great artwork and humor, too. Going to be adding this one to my favorites! (Part of my Children's Book Marathon on 2/27/2014 to try to look thru the thousand books I had downloaded the last 6 months).

the mother and father in this book had a baby and the baby did not have wings or horns like them, he was different. the baby ran a way because he heard his parents say that he was different. parents your children hear you when you don't want them to.

The Little Bleeble is a short and cute picture book for very young children about acceptance. Even though the little Bleeble was different from his parents, his parents loved him just the way he was. He found out that he was special to his parents and had a gift all his own (find out at the end).

My two daughters who are 4 & 6 years old LOVE this story - and so do I! We read it nightly as part of our bedtime routine.
The artwork is charming - what facial expressions! The story is a wonderful reminder about unconditional love.

In fact, we've truly enjoyed every story we've read by this author. Highly recommend.
