I've been a huge Oingo Boingo fan for decades, but of course I'm mostly resigned to listening to my old cassettes since the band broke up more than a decade ago. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear Danny Elfman's vocals as I watched the pretty cool Wanted DVD.

The song is great, hard guitar riffs and pounding drums (no Boingo horn section though), and of course Elfman's awesome voice. I bought the MP3 here on Amazon and have been very pleased with my purchase.

Saw the movie "Wanted" today and really liked this song, "The Little Things". I did a search and found it on Amazon.com. The movie is excellent, and this song rocks. They also have a music video of this song with edits from the movie. [...]

Good stuff!!!

Danny, Oh Danny. Lead singer and maestro (little) of Oingo Boingo, has it really been 15 years since you have written a 'rock' song? Well, yes it has, but it was worth the wait. Excellent driving, bassy track w/ great lyrics. I only hope it serves to remind him how much he liked writing 'pop' music once upon a time. If not, all you newbies should check out his band Oingo Boingo's album 'Good For Your Soul' immediately! Then go from there. Danny, we love everything you do! But don't tease us w/ new Boingo-like songs w/out giving us the whole enchilada! We know you still write 'em! You don't have to play live! We just want to hear them!!!

Wanted is a lesser known title that really has two things going for it. Angelina Jolie is the first! "The Little Things" is the second. This song is the theme of the movie and I think really sets the tone. It's the kind of song that should feel right at home coming out of a bar juke box just before the big brawl breaks out J But seriously it's a beat and power-cord driven rock song with a real upbeat feel and excellent lyrics. Check it out!

I fell in love with this song when I first heard it during the movie. It is the best thing on the soundtrack and to be honest the only thing worth listening to from the soundtrack. It has the right blend of rock and roll and drama to keep you listening for a long time.

I really can't explain why, since I am not sure, but I love this song!!! Maybe because it reminds me of the movie every time I hear it. And that brings the idea that we have to take actions ourself, to be in control. Or maybe it is because it is a reminder that there are some things that we can't control, and they seem to be the ones that really get to us.
