This review is from: The Lone Ranger, Vol. 1 (Audio Cassette)
The other reviewer seems to have placed his experience with a specific seller on the product review section (and doesn't seem to be about this specific volume). The real information is as follows:
This is Volume One of the Radio Spirits collection of Lone Ranger old time radio episodes. This contains 18 thrilling episodes on 6 cassettes: TAPE #1 04-19-46 "Piutes Revenge" 04-22-46 "Concord Contest" 04-24-46 "Buried Rails" TAPE #2 04-26-46 "Chicamoo Joe" 04-29-46 "Adventure at Eagle Pass" 05-01-46 "Bakersville Gazette" TAPE #3 05-03-46 "Crimson Prophet - Part 1" 05-06-46 "Crimson Prophet - Part 2" 05-08-46 "Spirit Valley" TAPE #4 05-10-46 "Honest Debts" 05-13-46 "The Weasel" 05-15-46 "Black Hood" TAPE #5 05-17-46 "Fear" 05-20-46 "North Star" 05-22-46 "Ranger and the Bull Whip" TAPE #6 05-24-46 "Cabin at Rocky Mountain" 05-27-46 "Judy and the Camp" 05-29-46 "Empty Saddles" These are great examples of a fantastic radio series, and it's easy to listen to them again and again!

Lone Ranger,

This review is from: On Radio (Audio CD)
First off this product was offered with free shipping whitch I did NOT get. I was charged. Secondly because I didnt take priority shipping I was penalized by having my merchandise shipped more than a WEEK after I ordered it. If youre not allowing free shipping then STOP ADVERTIZING IT!!
When the packager arrived it was pretty beat up. There was no styrofoam or any other kind of packing material to pad the merchandise. The address was hand printed on the package and there was no invoice with it. All in all a pretty lousy packing job. VERY unprofessional. The product looked like it had been dropped at some point. The package containing the actual CDs was cracked and the plastic cover split down one side of the front. Now for the kicker......the merchandise was advertized as cassette tapes and low and behold CDs arrived. I know I should be pleased with this aspect but the person I got this set for collects these things on cassette tapes. All in all I rate this a bad experience. From now on if the merchandise doesnt come straight from Amazon I dont see me purchasing it. |
