The writing is beautiful, the characters are real and heartbreakingly so.
Although not without its laugh-out-loud parts, this was a very morose book, filled with characters that couldn't seem to understand themselves.
I started out luke warm re: this book, but ended up liking it alot - one of the best books I've read in a long time.
